We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories (straw, lid, handle) included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping & Label
Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not reimburse return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Sale items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at blowmp33@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at blowmp33@gmail.com.
